1上、下電爐均采用進口加熱管,板材受熱均勻,具有防垂及反吹功能,讓制品壁厚更加均勻,對5毫米以上厚板材吸塑加工更凸顯效果;

3、能耗低:電爐均采用進口紅外加熱管,板材受熱均勻,加熱板升溫快(2-3秒達到制定溫度),電爐推進時燈管自動開啟,電爐退回后燈管自動關(guān)閉,減少不必要的電能損失,比其他吸塑機省電30%以上,采用先進的數(shù)碼功率控溫,不受外網(wǎng)電壓的影響,自動校正功率,較普通型綜合節(jié)約30%電能

4、換模成本低:自動無極活動模板窗,更換模具時,電腦操作需要任意調(diào)整縱橫向的壓料框,無需更換,托料板的長度方向也可做到調(diào)節(jié),適應(yīng)不同大小的模具,這樣大大減少換模成本。窗,能有效調(diào)節(jié)各種尺寸模具
