Technological process: feeding - correction - heating - molding - unloading, five steps
1上、下電爐均采用進口加熱管，板材受熱均勻，具有防垂及反吹功能，讓制品壁厚更加均勻，對5毫米以上厚板材吸塑加工更凸顯效果；

3、能耗低:電爐均采用進口紅外加熱管，板材受熱均勻，加熱板升溫快（2-3秒達到制定溫度），電爐推進時燈管自動開啟，電爐退回后燈管自動關(guān)閉，減少不必要的電能損失，比其他吸塑機省電30％以上，采用先進的數(shù)碼功率控溫，不受外網(wǎng)電壓的影響，自動校正功率，較普通型綜合節(jié)約30％電能

4、換模成本低：自動無極活動模板窗，更換模具時，電腦操作需要任意調(diào)整縱橫向的壓料框，無需更換，托料板的長度方向也可做到調(diào)節(jié)，適應(yīng)不同大小的模具，這樣大大減少換模成本。窗，能有效調(diào)節(jié)各種尺寸模具
