電器、電子領域
利用PES的可耐焊錫性、尺寸 　　穩(wěn)定性好、耐各種清洗劑、可鑲嵌金屬件

、與環(huán)氧樹脂粘結性好等優(yōu)點，作為H級絕緣材料用于電子、電器領域。已經開發(fā)

的主要制品有線圈骨架，電位計的外殼和底座，吹發(fā)器零件，印刷線路板、按鈕

式開關、可控硅的絕緣體，電動工具馬達的絕緣體、打印機、送風機、繼電器等

的線圈骨架、DIP開關，各類接插件等。還可以采用擠出成型法制成不同厚度的薄

膜用于各種電子設備和電器產品。
機 械 領 域
利用其高溫抗蠕變性，尺寸穩(wěn)定性、耐油性、韌性好等優(yōu)點，在一般樹脂不

能滿足使用要求的地方得到了廣泛應用。已經開發(fā)的主要制品有各種機器的杠桿

、柄、支架等，X-射線裝置的觀察玻璃，鏈鋸、農機發(fā)動機和汽化器等的絕緣體

，活塞環(huán)，耐熱滾珠，齒輪，復印機零件，照相機零件，放映機零部件，工業(yè)用

吹風機罩，汽車空調的零部件,電弧焊的手柄，各種分析儀器元件等。
汽 車 領 域
主要利用其在-100℃～190℃廣闊溫度范圍內的剛性和尺寸穩(wěn)定性，高溫抗蠕

變性，耐汽油、柴油、各類機油等特長。已經開發(fā)的制品有各種軸承保持架，制

動軸的軸瓦，點火器的噪音消除器，發(fā)動機齒輪，汽化器的線圈骨架，霧燈的反

射鏡，止推環(huán)等。
熱 水 領 域
主要利用其在160℃的熱水或蒸氣中還能保持優(yōu)異的抗蠕變性， 剛性和尺寸

穩(wěn)定性等特點。開發(fā)的主要制品有熱水、蒸氣用閥門，防腐蝕電極的絕緣體，溫

度傳感器的元件，各種液體和粉體泵的泵體和葉輪，散熱器閥門，超濾裝置用零

部件等。 　　醫(yī)療器具、食品加工機械領域 　　主要利用其可以采用蒸氣滅菌

、干蒸（180℃）滅菌、V射線滅菌等滅菌法消毒，而且可以耐反復消毒等特點。

開發(fā)的主要制品有接觸透鏡滅菌器，牙科用鉆的柄，外科用容器，注射器，食品

工業(yè)用閥門和管子。
其 它 領 域
涂 料 　　由于它有與鐵、鉛等金屬的附著力好，涂層表面硬度高等優(yōu)點，

PES聚醚砜與聚四氟乙烯可配制成耐腐蝕、防輻射、絕緣性能好，阻燃、無毒、與

金屬附著力的不粘涂料、低摩擦的特點。廣泛應用于廚房用具、家用電器、

輕工五金、工業(yè)模具、塑膠機械等行業(yè)。 　　另外，PES可加工成超細粉，用于

粉末噴涂和液體涂料。
