進口高溫電磁閥是一種先導直動型的電磁閥,其廣泛應用于船舶重工、測試設備、加熱設備、液壓設備等,工作溫度在300℃以上的導熱系統(tǒng)中。如電站抽氣管道疏水系統(tǒng)和蒸發(fā)器的排氣系統(tǒng)中,主要是對管道中的介質進行雙位自動調節(jié)和遠程控制。
應用范圍

產品特點
德國泰科電磁閥閥芯均為不銹活塞式,活塞環(huán)用特殊耐溫、耐磨材料制作;活塞與金屬閥腔不產生直接摩擦,閥體安裝方向制;特制線圈,并采用散熱的結構方式,因此不易燒毀;長時間停止動作重新啟動,動作同樣靈敏;低啟動壓力0.2MPa。
工作原理
電磁鐵通電后,連桿被提升,隨著轉軸開始轉動,這運動作用于導閥而開主閥;斷電后,在銜鐵自重及返回彈簧作用下,半上導閥,導閥關閉后,靠壓差關閉主閥。
常閉:當線圈通電時,先導閥芯吸合,先導孔打開,閥上卸壓,活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動,電磁閥打開;當線圈斷電時,先導閥芯靠彈簧復位,先導孔關閉,閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力,閥關閉。
常開:當線圈通電時,先導孔關閉,閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力,電磁閥關閉。當線圈斷電時,先導閥芯靠彈簧復位,先導孔打開,閥上腔卸壓,活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動,電磁閥打開
安裝須知
在安裝電磁閥前:(1)請閱讀本說明書,并核對電磁閥型號和規(guī)格;(2)沖洗管道。
2、電磁閥安裝方向:介質流通方應與閥體上箭頭方向一致;電磁線圈部分應豎直向上。
3、不要將本閥安裝于管道低凹處,以免因蒸汽凝結水,雜質等沉積在閥內而妨礙動作。
4、本閥不可在爆炸危險場合使用。
5、電磁閥安裝處應留有一定空間,以便散熱及日常保養(yǎng)與定期保養(yǎng)。
